The songbird sings her last Hana song

Farewell Aoka-
Words cannot describe how much you will be missed. You brought song to all of our lives. Thank you for all of your touches to the cabin, for your attempts to bring order and structure to the farm, for reminding us how to live more carefree....for open-mic nights, and hallelujah under the full moon. Thank you for sharing sunday morning mimosas and pancakes, over dreams and stories. Thank you for walking 2 miles in pitch blackness to Cafe Attitude, and for polka-dot red everythings. And mostly thank you for being our themesong for the fall. You are an incredible artist, and I pray that wherever you end up, that it be in a place that cherishes you, that enables you to flourish, and that celebrates the immeasurable light that you give.

  2. YES, I saw that girl sing at the open mic night. Incredible!!!! You should post her singing as your blog back round music:) So great to see all that you guys have accomplished over there over the past year. I remember it being just a weedy field where the vegetable garden is now. And, when just the girl with the tattoos worked at the stand. Come down to Kipahulu for Cafe Attitude this Sunday evening at 6:30-7:00- We are cooking up some ono grinds. bless- Steph
